Mexican Mountain decaffeinated coffee beans
Finally, you can drink a great tasting water decaf. Our Mountain Water process preserves the original characteristics of aroma and flavor of the green coffee bean.
In the decaffeination process, the green beans are immersed in water in order to extract the caffeine. This caffeine-free water contains all the others soluble components of the coffee beans, which holds the elements of the flavor, so that, during the extraction of the caffeine, the beans maintain their original components.

You could be forgiven for thinking that this coffee isn’t a decaf. You will be pleasantly surprised by its clean and sweet qualities not usually found in a decaf, it is clean, bright with a medium and mild citrus acidity.
As a result, of this process, we obtain coffee beans that are 99.9% caffeine free. Once the decaffeination process is finished, the beans are dried and packed, and ready to export in 152 pounds (69 kilos) or 132 pounds (60kilo_ bags, or in 1 Ton Super Sacks.
Our process is Kosher certified and gas been organically certified by OCIA (As USDA NOP) and JAS since 2003. Following recent traceability trends, we have also the following citification: UTZ, Bird Friendly, Rainforest Alliance and Fair Trade processes.
