Brazil Yellow Bourbon Natural

This yellow Bourbon is produced by Fazenda Cachoeira located in the Mogiana Region in the state of Sul de Minas. The cherry yellow Bourbons are bright yellow when fully ripe; the cup is very bright and sweet with nutty flavours. Growing altitude is 3500 to 3800 feet and precipitation is between 1,800 and 2,000mm per year with an average temperature of 19°C – ideal conditions for coffee

The farm produces various Bourbon coffees, famous for their exceptional quality. This yellow Bourbon is a full natural process coffee so it will add body and some of the characteristics bite to your espresso blends ; however, this can also be a stand-alone coffee.

Tasting Notes:

Earthy, robust, medium body with milk chocolate aftertaste. 

Tart with lemon-citrus note and floral notes of jasmine. Sweet and delicate acidity
