Espresso to me

Espresso to me is probably my most challenging hobby. The thrill of extracting the perfect shot is comparable only to the rare occasion when I do anything perfectly, content in the fact that no improvements are possible 

The harmonious balance of superb coffee, perfect grind, dosing and tamping are just some of the obstacles in our way towards that elusive honey like golden extraction.

Without passing for the objective we simplify the task to a game of chance. With passion our chances of achieving perfection are immensely improved.

The complexity of coffee, methodology, timing and feeling are the four essential ingredients required and only with precise measure of each will you sometimes hit the spot.

The remaining challenge then is to achieve it consistently.

This degree of difficulty is fascinating and can never be completely mastered without sensory skills and devoted practice, reaping rewards of an unrivalled coffee experience.
