Machine Warranty

Most of our coffee machines come with a one year on site parts and labour warranty if requested, this excludes domestic, gas and hand fill machines which are either return to base or return to manufacturer warranties on a parts only basis, in this instance the cost of carriage is to be paid by you to customer, we then pay the return carriage.

In the event of a problem we are normally able to get an engineer to your premises within 24 hours.

We are often able to guide you through many 'self help scenarios' via phone, we know our machines well and though they rarely go wrong when serviced as they should be, if they do, we usually know that the problem is caused by.

Please note that any faults that are caused through user error, abuse or scaling are chargeable at industry standard commercial rates.

The warranty does not cover the failure of machine pumps as these usually fail due to water starvation and the fault therefore lies with the premises water supply, or lack of it.

Warranties do not cover faults caused by scaling, we are not resposible for the water supply in your area! The warranty does not cover damage caused by electrical spikes.

We insist that all machines are fitted with calcium treatment units, you have the right to use your machine without one, but in doing so you void your warranty instantly and we will NOT respond to any claim made in this situation.

Group Seals, Tap Seals and Solenoid Seals are not covered in the warranty, these parts do wear out and should be replaced when the machine is serviced, you will be charged for the parts, labour and callout fee should we need to replace these parts.

All new coffee grinders are sold with a return to base parts and labour warranty for one year, in this instance the cost of carriage is to be paid by you the customer, we then pay the return carriage.

Finally, the warranty does not cover accidental or deliberate damage to your machine.
