STRENGTH
Huehuetenango grown at the foot of the Cuchumatane, the highest non-volcanic mountain range in Central America probably the best region (we think) for coffee production.
The region is extremely mountainous with altitudes ranging from 850 to 3700 meters.
Huehuetenango you will find to have very sweet aromatics, laced with floral and fruited elements, and sugar coated nuts. As you taste this golden nectar the hot water builds on the fruitiness, as well as layers of bitter sweet chocolate. It’s flavours are complicated with a silky body and a well balanced citric acidity. It’s a nice marriage of flavours which
you will find changes more than once into a sweet finish.
